01 General Terms & Conditions
577ber (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 577ber and its users.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal matters relating to this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
- 577ber reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be announced via a notice on the platform.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Although these Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail for the purposes of interpretation.
02 Account Register
Opening an account on 577ber requires meeting certain mandatory conditions. These requirements are in place to ensure the safety and security of every user.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- One Account Per User: Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same phone number or device are not permitted.
- Accurate Information: All information provided, including your name, address, and phone number, must be accurate and truthful.
- Password Security: It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
- KYC Verification: A national ID card or passport is required to verify your identity before making a withdrawal.
Warning: Registering with false information or using another person's identity will result in immediate account closure, and any funds on the account may be forfeited.
03 Deposits and Payments

- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits sent from another user's account will not be accepted and may be subject to delays in being returned.

04 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing your winnings is straightforward, but a few rules apply. 577ber is committed to ensuring every withdrawal is secure and verifiable.
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500।
- Maximum Withdrawal: BDT 50,000 per day (standard account).
- Processing Time: Usually within 5–30 minutes. If KYC verification is incomplete, it may take 24–48 hours.
- Withdrawal Method: Funds will be sent only to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
- Bonus Balance: Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
Please Note: Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please double-check the amount and account number before proceeding.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
577ber offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms that users are required to follow.
- Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit.
- Wagering Requirement: Withdrawals from bonus funds are only available after wagering the bonus amount generally 20–30 times.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period and will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- Bonus Withdrawal Limit: The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 5 times the bonus amount.
- Multiple Bonuses: Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
- Bonus Cancellation: 577ber reserves the right to void any bonus in the event of suspicious activity.
06 Gaming Rules
All games on 577ber run on software from certified providers. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- If your internet connection drops during a game, the last recorded result will be considered final.
- If a software error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 577ber reserves the right to correct it.
- In live games, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours.
- Betting limits are displayed individually for each game or table.
07 Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus hunting)
- Operating an account using someone else's identity
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots, or scripts
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Threatening or harassing other users
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems
- Submitting fake payment receipts or screenshots to support
Legal Action: In cases of serious fraud, 577ber reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities and pursue legal action.
08 Responsible Gaming
577ber believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we provide dedicated tools to promote responsible gaming:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
- Reality Check: Review your game session summaries at regular intervals.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

09 Account Closure and Suspension
577ber may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Evidence of suspicious activity or fraud
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
Users may also contact support at any time to close their account. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
10 Limitation of Liability
577ber is not liable for the following:
- Game losses due to the user's internet disconnection
- Losses caused by the user's device or software issues
- Unauthorized access to the account by a third party
- Any indirect or consequential losses
577ber's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.
